Absolutely, and most orders start that way. Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF) engrave the cleanest, but a high-resolution PNG or JPG works too. If your file needs cleaning up or redrawing for crisp engraving, I'll handle that as part of the design help — you won't be sent away to hire a designer.

Single hats and small runs usually ship within one to two weeks from artwork approval. Larger bulk orders depend on quantity and hat blank availability, and you'll get a firm timeline in writing before anything is made. If you have a hard deadline — an event, a gift, a team order — say so up front and it will be worked around.

No minimum. One hat for yourself is just as welcome as fifty for a company, wedding party, ranch or team. Larger quantities do earn better per-unit pricing, and I'll walk you through the breaks when you send your inquiry.
